Branch Manager, Full Time, Grayling

We are seeking applicants for a Branch Manager for our Grayling location. The Branch Manager is responsible for the daily oversight of the branch including leadership and development of the Grayling team members, as well as, all branch operations, lending, product sales and member service in accordance with the Credit Union’s mission and long-term strategic initiatives. This position is also responsible for attaining established goals through active participation in promoting Credit Union products and services through community outreach and involvement to enhance new and existing member relationships and business opportunities.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Lead the branch team to deliver exceptional member service aligned with the Credit Union’s mission and Service Promises


• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and service standards


• Drive branch sales and service performance to achieve goals


• Hire, train, coach, and develop staff; hold employees accountable for performance


• Foster community relationships and promote the Credit Union’s products and services


• Monitor branch security, building maintenance, and operational efficiency


• Handle complex member needs, loan requests, and account management as necessary

Qualifications Required:

• Associate’s degree in business management or comparable relevant work experience


• Valid driver’s license


• State of Michigan Credit Insurance Producer License (must be obtained within 12 months of hire)

Qualifications Desired:

• Four or more years of experience in credit unions, banking, financial institutions, or management
