What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support branch staff while managing day-to-day operations


• Build and maintain strong Client and community relationships


• Oversee recruiting, performance evaluations, and personnel records


• Promote business growth through collaboration, strategic planning, and marketing events


• Ensure policy compliance and payroll/invoice accuracy


• Tackle challenges with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset

What You Bring:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills


• Strong computer proficiency


• Strategic decision-making and time management abilities


• Professionalism under pressure and a proactive attitude


• Ability to multitask and adapt with minimal supervision


• Valid driver’s license and insurance


• Willingness to attend community and networking events


• HS Diploma or GED required

Bonus Points For:

• At least 3 years of experience in a related field


• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is a plus 


• Experience in operations, recruiting, or customer service
