Job Description - Branch Manager (King)

Summary 


Staffing Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of staffing functions, ensuring the successful recruitment, placement, and management of candidates for client companies. This individual plays a key role in fostering client relationships, managing recruitment teams, and driving the growth and efficiency of the staffing agency. 




Job Description: 


Client Relationship Management 


•Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, analyze service outcomes, and align staffing strategies with evolving organizational needs. 


Staffing Operations Management 


•Supervise the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and placement, ensuring efficient fulfillment of job orders. 


•Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing direction, daily operational oversight, and accountability for meeting client hiring targets. 


Recruitment Process Management 


•Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to employment laws, equal opportunity standards, and industry-specific compliance requirements. 


•Regularly review recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, placement success rates, and candidate conversion to identify areas of improvement and training needs. 


Performance Metrics & Reporting 


•Lead by example to foster a high-performance culture among the staffing team, providing mentoring, coaching, and performance feedback to support continuous development and goal achievement. 


•Conduct regular performance evaluations and development plans to ensure team members remain aligned with business objectives and personal career progression. 


•Track, analyze, and report key staffing KPIs including time-to-fill, fill rates, customer satisfaction scores, and profitability metrics. 


Employee & Team Leadership 


•Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven team environment rooted in respect, integrity, and WorkForce core values. 


•Promote open communication, recognition, and team collaboration to enhance morale and retention. 


•Manage interpersonal dynamics and mediate conflicts constructively, ensuring a supportive and respectful workplace. 


•Hold team members accountable for performance expectations and delivery standards, offering corrective actions when necessary. 


•Encourage continuous learning and professional development, keeping the team informed about industry trends and evolving client needs. 


Customer Service & Community Engagement 


•Champion a customer-first culture, ensuring a high standard of service delivery and responsiveness to both clients and candidates. 


Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in high-pressure situations, maintaining professionalism and client trust. 


•Represent the WorkForce Unlimited at community events, job fairs, and networking forums to enhance visibility and build talent pipelines. 


•Build and maintain professional networks to support recruiting efforts.                                                  




Work/Education Experience Requirements: 



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including telephone and email etiquette. Attention to detail. Relationship building skills. Multitasking & Time Management Skills. Patience and Good Listening Skills. Customer Focused with a consultative approach. High level of professionalism and Integrity. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, growth environment. Proven experience in a staffing, recruitment, or human resources management role, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience. Experience managing teams and working in a client-facing environment, preferably within a staffing agency or recruitment setting. 




Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) 



  • Team Weekly KPI’s 



  • Safety Incident Rate of 1.0 or less 



  • Fill Rate of 75% or greater  




Physical Demands 


Position may require individual to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel and reach on occasion. 


Position may require frequent traveling to prospective and existing clients. 




Work Environment
