Responsibilities

• Establish and operate a property management branch office
• Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain clients
• Manage properties effectively and ensure client satisfaction
• Utilize provided software and tools to streamline operations
• Build a sustainable business model that generates sufficient revenue
• Report progress and financial performance to the main office
• Maintain compliance with all real estate laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate agent

• Broker license or broker contact to establish the firm until obtaining a broker license

• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and desire to build a business
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage properties and deliver client satisfaction
• Knowledge of property management software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Support and Compensation

• Full access to property management software and tools
• Comprehensive training and ongoing support
• Compensation is as follows:
  • 25% Commission on leasing fees for 0 - 29 doors
  • $40,000 per year after 30 doors
  • $50,000 per year after 50 doors
  • $65,000 per year after 75 doors
  • $120,000 per year after 300 doors
• After 10 years of successful operation and service, an opportunity to apply to own the franchise is available
