As a Branch Manager in our Beaverton office, you'll lead a high-performing team, shape recruiting and sales strategies, and play a key role in the success of your branch. No recruiting experience? That's okay. We're looking for someone with strong leadership experience, a strategic mindset, and the ability to inspire others to achieve outstanding results.

Every day brings a new challenge, from coaching your team and partnering with clients to identifying new business opportunities and solving complex staffing needs. If you enjoy leading from the front, making decisions, and helping others succeed, you'll fit right in.

You will:

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for clients


• Conduct performance reviews, training, and coaching for team members.


• Conduct client quality control visits and solve operational challenges.


• Plan and delegate order fulfillment and recruiting


• Hold quarterly business reviews and manage strategic client interactions.


• Create and execute sales strategies, hold sales meetings, and conduct pipeline sales calls


• Make outbound calls to set meetings with prospective clients

You have:

• Extensive experience in leadership role in a sales-driven environment


• A strategic mindset and ability to focus on the bigger picture


• Exemplary decision-making and problem-solving skills


• Strong level of communication and effective delegation skills

Pay: Target salary range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 plus monthly bonus opportunities. 

Location: Berwyn, IL

This is an in-office role with some travel to local client sites.
