Position Available

PRP Wine International currently has an opening for a Branch Manager Trainee position in our Charlotte market.  The candidate will start as a Branch Manager Trainee, with training occurring in our Charlotte office over a 6 to 9 month period.  During training, the candidate will learn all facets of the company and the position, then be promoted to a Branch Manager position within one of 17 markets in the US.

What you need to do to succeed

• Self-Starter and Organized
• Coachable

• Comfortable calling existing and cold calling clients to set wine tastings and events
• Ability to build long-term relationships through personal interaction
• Willingness to participate in community functions and events, including evenings and weekends

Job Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Must be willing to relocate to relocate after 6 months of training - company paid relocation
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 1-2 years of B2B or B2C sales experience preferred
• Experience hiring and training new talent is a plus
• Wine knowledge is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to appointments
• Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary
• Must be able to enjoy selling wine

Compensation

•         $45,000 - $70,000 annually
