Branch Manager - Wholesale Distribution

Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and excellent customer service. This role includes managing branch and warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and building strong relationships with customers and trade partners.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including sales, warehouse, and administrative functions
• Assist customers with purchases and order fulfillment
• Unload, check, and receive materials into the warehouse using a forklift/pallet jack
• Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Handle cash and credit sales, and make daily bank deposits
• Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly facility, including equipment and merchandise

Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience
• Background in shipping, receiving, and inventory control, including forklift experience
• Experience in the flooring industry strongly preferred
• Experience in assisting customers with product selection, purchases, and order fulfillment
• Experience handling cash and credit sales
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office operations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision
