A&D Mortgage

is a Florida-based Nationwide Mortgage Lender providing successful residential and commercial loans for over 20 years. With a team of 200+ employees across the United States, we represent our A+++ service in 40+ states.

YOU'RE GOING TO

•Collect and prepare all necessary documentation for the loan package;

•Complete loan contracts and ensure that clients are informed about the rules and requirements;

•Submit files to the designated Underwriter;

•Ensure compliance with established rules and legal requirements;

•Follow up with clients to verify important information.

IT'S IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU HAVE

•2+ years of experience as a Loan Processor;

•In-depth knowledge of closing procedures, loan processes, and documentation;

•Good understanding of banking computer software and MS Office;

•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

•Good multitasking abilities with outstanding time management skills;

•Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
