Who are you?
You are an experienced professional in retail banking, ready to take your leadership skills to the next level. We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Branch Operations Specialist to oversee and enhance the operational efficiency of our branch. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations, from teller functions to delivering exceptional customer service, all while implementing established policies and procedures. If you're passionate about being part of a dynamic team and eager to advance your career, C&N is the perfect place to thrive!

Education & Experience – You will need a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) AND 2-4 years of previous related experience in cash handling and/or customer service setting, preferably in a banking environment OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
