PSI Pax, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Branch Program Analyst with experience in full lifecycle project management in support of our customers located in St. Inigoes, MD.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supports and works directly with the Government Project Leads (GPLs) in the areas of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling.
Develops cost estimates work breakdown structure (WBS) in MS Project/Excel
Develop spend plans to estimate phased execution plans of anticipated project budgets.
Develop project structures in Navy ERP.
Reviewing incoming and outgoing funding documents.
Provides analysis of Navy ERP expenditures.
Provides weekly updates to Project Cost Reports.
Communicates timelines and prioritizes tasking with the team.
Coaches, Teaches, Trains, and mentor's other analysts.
Qualifications:
Of the required three (3) years of experience, at least two (2) years of experience required in a business or technical position in a project management role.
Demonstrated ability to initiate and plan projects risks, tracking, and defining mitigations.
Knowledge of FAR, CLINS/SLINS/ACRN Structures, TDLs, Task Orders mandatory.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree. No degree plus six (6) years of additional work experience related to the applicable labor categories.
Associates degree plus four (4) years of additional work experience related to the applicable labor categories required experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
