Job Overview: Oversees all Branch related activities
 

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervision of branch.
• Assess local market conditions, identify current and prospective sales opportunities and develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans for the branch.
• Develop and implement sales and profitability plans according to account management principles that ensure the development and maintenance of account plans.
• Provide training, coaching, development and motivation to bring out the best in each distribution team member.
• Take on the responsibility for the orientation and evaluation of all new employees.
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with other branches by sharing information on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.
• Ensure the safekeeping of company assets, including structures, equipment, inventory, cash and company vehicles.
• Select & promote employees within the branch in accordance with basic personnel policy.
• Communicate/coordinate with other departments to promote efficiency and resolve issues.
• Supervise and maintain fleet of vehicles to maximize performance and appearance to minimize expenses. 
• Perform any other duties assigned by superiors.

• Accepts ISO 9001 core responsibilities and authorities as applicable.

Education and/or Experience: Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred; 3-5+ years related experience and/or training. Automotive parts experience required. 

Language Skills: English is required, bilingual a plus.

Other Skills: Analytical skills are necessary. People handling skills required. Have the ability to perform some physical duties. Public Speaking.
