Compensation & Benefits

This full-time position offers:

• Base pay: $16/hour

• Biweekly commission

• Average annual earnings: 52,500−77,000

Your Impact

What We're Looking For

We need confident communicators who enjoy interacting with new people daily. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working weekends, evenings, and some holidays. Experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not required—training is provided. A reliable vehicle and willingness to travel within a 15-30 mile radius (for multi-store coverage) are essential.
