Brand Ambassador

We are seeking a high-energy, professional Brand Ambassador to represent our brand across New York City. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for creating memorable first impressions and engaging with a diverse public in high-traffic environments. We are looking for a "people person" who is as comfortable starting a conversation as they are meeting performance goals.

Core Responsibilities

Face-to-Face Engagement: Proactively greet the public and initiate conversations to build brand awareness.

Product Expert: Learn and clearly communicate our brand’s story, key features, and benefits to potential customers.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads, collecting contact information for follow-up by our sales team.

Event Logistics: Assist with the professional setup and breakdown of promotional displays and branded pop-up spaces.

Data Reporting: Track daily interactions and provide feedback on consumer sentiment to the NYC management team.

Brand Integrity: Maintain a polished, professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

Candidate Requirements

Communication: Exceptional verbal skills and the ability to adapt your pitch to a wide NYC audience.

Energy & Resilience: Ability to stay upbeat and professional during long shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Ability: Comfortable standing and moving for the duration of a shift (indoor/outdoor settings).

Reliability: Must be punctual and able to navigate to various event locations across the five boroughs.
