Duties

· Represent the brand at Home Depot partner locations to increase visibility and engagement

· Conduct product knowledge training in Home Depot to educate staff and potential customers about features and benefits

· Engage with customers through friendly conversations, answering questions and providing exceptional customer service

· Collect valuable data from interactions to help improve marketing strategies and understand customer preferences

· Collect leads for in home appointments at Home Depot

Skills

· Enthusiastic public speaker capable of representing the brand confidently in various settings

· Proven experience in public environments demonstrating excellent customer service skills

· Strong communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences

· Knowledge of branding principles and effective event marketing techniques

· Experience in sales or marketing roles that involve data collection and analysis

· Experience in Lead Generation
