Position Overview

The Brand Ambassador serves as a key point of contact for both E-Commerce and Specialty Store customers, delivering exceptional service while representing the brand’s voice, values, and aesthetic. This role supports day-to-day customer communication, order management, and relationship building to ensure exceptional customer experience across all channels.

·       Respond to E-Commerce consumer inquiries by phone and email regarding style and fit, order status, placing orders and all other inquiries, with enthusiasm and brand knowledge

·       Provide E-Commerce & Specialty Store Support

o   Product Assistance

o   Order Assistance

o   Stock Inquires

o   Return Processing

·       Retail Support at our Flagship Store as needed

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree preferred

·       1-3 years experience in E-Commerce and/or Fashion Boutiques preferred

·       Strong interest in fashion, sales, customer interaction, and brand representation

·       Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing brand environment with an entrepreneurial spirit

·       Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn

·       Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams

·       Experience working with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and order management systems; experience with ERP systems is a plus
