Brand Ambassador and Retail Store Attendant for Lake Life Stores in Williams Bay and Lake Geneva, Wi

Job Title: Full-Time or Part Time Retail Associate at Lake Life Stores (Lake Geneva & Williams Bay)

Location: Lake Geneva, WI & Williams Bay, WI

Position Type: Full-Time, Year-Round

About the Role:
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team and work across two retail store locations: Lake Geneva and Williams Bay. This individual will play a key role in delivering an excellent shopping experience for our customers, assisting with daily store operations, and helping maintain a welcoming and well-organized environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers in both locations
• Develop a thorough knowledge of store products to assist customers with selections and purchases
• Maintain store appearance, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and keeping the sales floor clean and inviting
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, tagging, and restocking merchandise
• Support store promotions, events, and seasonal displays
• Communicate effectively with store managers to ensure smooth operations at both locations
• Flexibly work between Lake Geneva and Williams Bay stores as scheduled
   

Qualifications:

• Prior retail experience preferred  (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, professional, and enthusiastic team player
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and cash-handling skills as well as computer skills and ability to use Point of Sale programs
• Reliable transportation to commute between store locations
• Must be available full-time, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays, year-round

Applicants must have extensive knowledge of the Lake Geneva area, and specifically Gage Marine.

Applicants must be outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic when promoting and selling Gage products.

Some retail or other similar experience is preferred.

Applicant must be able to use technology and assist guests with use of hardware used to sell products. The store will be cashless.

Weekend hours are required. 

Applicant must be 18 years or older and able to complete the Safe Servers course and apply for a liquor license in order to sell Happy Ending beverage at our Lake Geneva location.
