We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Brand Ambassador (Bilingual) with a passion for immigration rights, social impact, and storytelling to join our team in Arizona. As our Brand Ambassador, you’ll serve as the dynamic voice and face of our brand — online, in the community, and through press and media channels. This is a highly visible role that blends on-camera presence, grassroots outreach, and authentic storytelling to elevate our mission and amplify the voices of the communities we serve.

Responsibilities:

 1. Brand Representation (Social Media Spokesperson)

• Be the on-camera representative in social media content, including Reels, Stories, & lives


• Represent the brand at internal and public-facing events


• Collaborate with our content team to script, film, and share impactful brand messages


• Maintain our voice, values, and tone across all appearances and channels


• Support editorial planning for campaigns and online visibility

2. Community Engagement

• Attend and represent New Frontier at community events, workshops, and pop-ups


• Build relationships with local organizations, advocates, and creators


• Gather and share real community stories that reflect our impact


• Host or facilitate listening sessions to center community feedback in our strategy

3. Correspondent for Media & Press

• Serve as a spokesperson for interviews, public appearances, and press opportunities


• Draft and deliver key messaging, event coverage, and brand-aligned content


• Act as our “eyes and ears” on the ground during major campaigns and report insights

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent in both)


• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident


• Passionate about immigration rights, equity, and social justice


• Strong storytelling, writing, video, and photography skills


• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines


• Excellent communication skills — verbal, written, and on-camera


• Culturally responsive and community-driven with a love for authentic connection


• Comfortable working in highly visible environments


• Occasional local travel required
