We’re growing fast and we need energetic, passionate, and outgoing individuals to help spread the word about our brand and products through direct engagement with our community. If you’re a natural connector, love guac, and are excited about getting involved in a brand with a mission, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Crisp & Green Brand Ambassador, you’ll represent the brand in your local community. You’ll be out and about, promoting the brand's energy and values, connecting with potential customers, and driving excitement about it. From events to street promotions and chip drops, you’ll be essential in building Crisp & Green’s presence and spreading the word about our products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the community: We have a street team schedule which may include attending festivals, local events, and pop-ups to talk to people about Crisp & Green and hand out product samples.
• Promote the Crisp & Green brand: Encourage people to try our products, educate them on the brands mission, and drive traffic to our locations!
• Build relationships: Develop and nurture connections with customers, community groups, and the general public! We are all about kindness and having a good time, you’ll be representing that!
• Collaborate with the team: Work closely with our marketing team to execute on-the-ground strategies for brand visibility.

Details:

• Hourly Rate: $20/Hour Crisp & Green Credit for sampling events or other C&G community events
• Hours: 5-10 hours/week
• Seasonal Role: March-September
• Scheduling: Events will be posted to C&G Brand Ambassador Hub. Please coordinate with the C&G representative if you have any questions or cannot fulfill the 2-event minimum.

Preferred Qualifications

• A passion for food! Especially chips and guac.
• Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable talking to a wide range of people.
• Comfortable working independently and representing Crisp & Green.
• A love for the outdoors, street events, and building grassroots excitement for a brand.
• Weekend availability as needed.
• Previous promotional or street team experience is a plus, but not required.
