As a Brand Ambassador based in New Jersey, you’ll be on the front lines of growing our retail footprint. This is a hybrid role that blends sales, brand education, and merchandising. You’ll be responsible for driving sell-through and expanding our retail network by connecting with smoke shops, wellness retailers, convenience stores, and more. You’ll manage your day-to-day independently in the field, but with full support from a collaborative and fast-moving team behind the scenes. What You’ll Do:

• Be the face of The Pack Labs - building real relationships with store owners, staff, and customers while telling the story behind our products
  Support and activate in-store demos, brand events, and pop-ups to elevate awareness and create memorable consumer experiences
• Visit retail partners regularly to merchandise displays, ensure proper inventory, and keep our shelf presence sharp and on-brand
• Use internal tools to track daily activities, visits, wins, and opportunities so the broader team stays in sync
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with retail accounts across your territory, introducing our brand to the right shelves and audiences
• Conduct in-person outreach to expand our retail footprint and bring our products into new stores
• Gather field intel and share insights from conversations and store visits to help inform internal strategy and innovation
   

What We’re Looking For:

• 1- 3 years of experience in sales, field marketing, or merchandising—bonus points for cannabis, beverage, or CPG industry experience
• Someone who thrives working independently while staying connected and communicative with a broader team
• A confident communicator with natural charisma and an ability to build trust quickly
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive- especially when it comes to in-store execution and time management
• Must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation
