Brand Ambassador - Jack Madden Ford Wholesale Parts

Description of the role

As a Brand Ambassador for Jack Madden Ford Wholesale Parts, you will be responsible for representing our brand and promoting our wholesale parts to potential customers. The Brand Ambassador will work hand in hand with our wholesale parts team in order to maximize customer satisfaction and follow up under performing current customers. 

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to introduce and educate them about our wholesale parts business


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients


• Work with Management team to better service our current clients


• Follow up with current accounts to ensure high level of customer satisfaction


• Collect feedback from customers to improve our offerings

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Sales or customer service experience is a plus


• Knowledge of automotive parts is preferred

Benefits

Compensation for this role ranges from $40,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year, paid weekly. Additional benefits may include healthcare coverage, retirement plans, and employee discounts.
