Brand Ambassador - Los Angeles

Overview:
NexGen is currently seeking Lead Appointment Generators to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day.

Our Appointment Generators act as Brand Ambassadors at our partner businesses by answering customer questions about our products and services and then encouraging them to schedule appointment for estimates of these services.

The ideal candidate for this role will enjoy engaging people in conversation and be driven by commission and incentives.

Pay:
$20 / hr. + comission

Responsibilities:
What Will I Do?
Maintain relationships with store leadership and staff
Walk around or stand-at kiosk at assigned store speaking to customers regarding our HVAC Products
Set appointments by promoting Nexgen Air and Plumbing products and services

Qualifications:
Do I have What it Takes?
Required to be standing/walking for 4-8 hours at a time
Must be outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated
A+ communication and customer service skills
No HVAC experience required; well teach you all you need to know!
Ability to pass a background check.
