Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Brand Ambassador Team Lead to join our Denver marketing team. • Hourly Compensation: $22 to $24 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Interact with prospective customers and set qualified appointments for Lifetime’s windows, siding, and bath remodeling services.
• Event Execution: Represent Lifetime at marketing events, retail locations, and community booths.
• Team Support: Assist with onboarding, training, and role-playing exercises with new and current team members.
• Performance Reporting: Track and report daily lead generation metrics to your manager.
• Self-Sourcing: Generate your own leads in addition to working assigned shifts.
• Collaboration: Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions to continually improve skills and results.
   

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years in a customer-facing or field marketing role preferred.
• Personality: Outgoing, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations with strangers.
• Skills: Strong verbal communication and basic organization skills.
• Transportation: Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Independence: Proven ability to work autonomously and meet individual performance goals.
• Mobility: Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Work Environment: Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
