Brand & Communications Manager

We are looking for a Brand & Communications Manager to help shape how our brand is seen and experienced across the Czech and Polish markets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategy with execution, and who wants to influence brand visibility, communication quality, and market presence across B2B and B2C audiences.

You will lead a broad mix of brand, PR, social media, events, and internal communication activities, working closely with marketing, commercial, CRM, and external partners. The role offers real ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment.

What you’ll do:

• Drive brand and communication activities for the Czech and Polish markets.

• Shape and execute PR strategy and manage media relationships.

• Ensure clear, consistent communication across all channels.

• Coordinate events, sponsorships, partnerships, and brand activations.

• Work with internal teams and agencies on social media and content planning.

• Support customer and internal communication initiatives.

• Monitor market trends, media coverage, and competitor activity.

• Lead and develop a small team of marketing specialists.
  

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, communications, PR, or a similar role.

• Experience working across B2B and B2C communication.

• Strong media relations and social media experience.

• Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills.

• A commercial mindset combined with creative thinking.

• Fluent Czech and English.

• Experience from fintech, financial services, e-commerce, or payments is a plus.
