🏢 Job Summary:

We are seeking a Brand Communications Strategist (Omnichannel) to shape and scale our customer communication ecosystem. This role sits within the Brand team and is responsible for translating brand strategy into structured, scalable lifecycle communications across onboarding, billing, education, engagement, and retention.

You will ensure that every customer touchpoint reinforces the client's voice, builds trust, and delivers clarity. You’ll partner closely with Growth, Customer Experience, Product, and Operations to align messaging to business priorities while maintaining brand consistency across channels. This role is ideal for a strategic systems-thinker who can build frameworks, create structure, and operationalize messaging at scale — not just launch campaigns.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Brand Governance & Strategy

  • Serve as a steward of the client’s brand voice across all customer lifecycle communications
  • Audit, standardize, and elevate customer-facing communications across departments
  • Maintain documentation and guidelines to ensure consistency across distributed teams

Lifecycle Communication Architecture

  • Design structured communication journeys across onboarding, billing, education, engagement, and retention
  • Develop messaging frameworks that scale across web, email, support content, product communications, and campaigns
  • Identify friction points in the customer experience and improve clarity through messaging
  • Ensure communications are clear, timely, and aligned with customer needs

Cross-Functional Enablement

  • Partner with Marketing, Growth, CX, Product, and Operations to align messaging with evolving business priorities
  • Translate complex product, operational, and regulatory information into accessible customer language
  • Organize and manage workflows to maintain alignment across stakeholders and deadlines

Optimization & Performance

  • Use performance data, customer insights, and feedback to continuously refine messaging
  • Balance creative storytelling with operational rigor
  • Maintain high standards for clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all channels

💡 Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

  • 4–7+ years of experience in brand communications, lifecycle marketing, or messaging strategy
  • Strong understanding of brand voice development and messaging systems
  • Experience building structured communication frameworks — not just campaigns
  • Proven ability to turn strategy into scalable, repeatable processes
  • Experience maintaining brand consistency across cross-functional, distributed teams
  • Highly proactive and execution-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
