Job Description:
The Vice President of Operations is responsible for overseeing the strategic and day-to-day operational performance of all company-owned quick service restaurant locations. This executive role ensures operational excellence, drives revenue growth, optimizes cost efficiency, and upholds brand standards across all units. The Brand Leader (Director/VP of Operations) will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, HR, and finance, and play a key role in scaling the brand through operational innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute operational strategies to support company goals.

• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer experiences.

• Lead, coach, and develop the current locations as well as the growth. Plan is open several over the next couple of years.

• Implement and refine operational procedures and training programs.

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.

• Support new store openinings.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in the QSR or food service industry.

• Strong operational and financial acumen and proven success in multi-unit management.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field.
