Brand Manager

Are you a sharp executor with an eye for brand detail and the energy to move fast? We're looking for a Brand Manager to join our team and help take our marketing and brand execution to the next level.

In this role, you’ll help lead the brand department by coordinating campaigns, ordering, vendor relationships, and project timelines. You’ll be the glue between our Creative Director, Digital Media Manager, and Brand Administrator and the driver behind making things happen on time.

What You’ll Do:

• Uphold and enforce our visual identity with team and vendors
• Assist the Creative Director in creative fulfillment and brand experience initiatives
• Oversee the Brand Admin and Digital Media Manager
• Track and report marketing ROI and budget compliance
• Own weekly project logs and campaign timelines
• Support with PR, events, vendor relations, and calendar planning
• Understand and translate marketing data into action

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years of marketing experience in the car wash industry (Preferred)
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, print, and in-person)
• Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and turn insights into action
• Experienced in vendor coordination, digital strategy, and reporting
