This partner has an eye for detail, can multitask like no other, and works with teams to deliver a high standard of quality and accuracy in all the work. This partner is fueled by outcomes and seeing the work perform in the marketplace. A BM at Barkley is seeking to learn from every project they touch - whether they are playing a supporting role or a lead role in a smaller project. They have a desire to understand the many steps of advertising and Barkley’s approach to whole brands. They are taking responsibility for some key steps in the process and expected to both deliver accurately, but also with the anticipation of what might be needed to deliver the best quality work on time as a team.
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with team members to deliver ideas and ensure quality implementation including: creative briefs, internal reviews, proofing, editing, versioning and file releases Exhibit understanding of a fast-paced client’s business and anticipate challenges/solutions Participates in a diverse and inclusive environment where each team member feels they can bring their best self and be respected and seen Foresee next steps on projects, organize the team, and help drive the work Develop and maintain monthly billing trackers, POs, and estimates Deliver accurate and timely trafficking, network clearance, and shipping of creative materials Work collaboratively with client agency partners and vendors to traffic assets and monitor deliverables Be a detail-oriented project expert that partners with Project Management to manage timelines, impact of client changes/requests, and overall workflow Contribute to ideation and offer knowledge of the client or industry competitive set Proactively run all work through legal, talent and finance partners as needed Shadow production to learn the trade hands-on including shoot prep, pre production, casting, editing, and overall creative production process. Partner with business affairs to manage talent tracking Qualifications
2+ years of experience within advertising agency setting preferred Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Must have strong interpersonal skills Barkley’s Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion
