GLOBAL MARKETING, MARC JACOBS – NY, NY

This role with focus strengthing the global market position and continuous growth of Marc Jacobs Makeup, we are seeking a Manager of Global Brand Marketing to drive tactical business development. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, you will help lead all facets of global brand marketing. 

The Manager will oversee and help your managers on different tasks related to brand marketing (Competitive Analysis – Pricing – Forecasts - Concept Ideation – Packaging Development – Merchandising – Digital/Social), working with the affiliates to deliver robust, innovative, on-brand and high-quality launch and activations programs.

In this role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Collaborate closely with 360 cross-functional teams across IMPR, Digital, Social, Merchandising, and Education, providing marketing input and ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.


• Conduct category and competitive analyses, identify market trends and consumer insights, and translate learnings into strategic business recommendations.


• Support the development of campaign briefs and asset lists, coordinating inputs and ensuring alignment across key stakeholders.


• Help prepare for Fashion House and retailer meetings, including developing presentation materials and coordinating key inputs.


• Support senior leadership and Fashion House meetings, taking ownership of deck development and helping coordinate meeting and room setup.

We’d love to see candidates who have:

Essential:

• 3+ year undergraduate degree.


• 2+ years of experience in the cosmeics/makeup space within marketing.


• 4+ years previous beauty marketing experience required.


• Strong Power Point and Excel skills.


• Should demonstrate ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


• Must be mature, responsible, accountable, and organized as well as exhibit excellence in execution.

Desirable:

• Demonstrate strong sense of creativity, innovation, and intuition.


• Experience working on an end to end global marketing strategy

Base Salary Range: $ 95,000 - $120,000
