Brand Manager Trainee

Location: Jacksonville, FL
Compensation: Guaranteed base pay + uncapped commission (average $500–$1200/week)
Schedule: Full-time | Weekends required

As a Brand Manager Trainee with Stay Connected Management, you'll kickstart your career in retail sales while learning the fundamentals of brand representation, customer engagement, and team leadership. You’ll represent top-tier clients in wireless and telecom, helping customers make confident buying decisions while building your own skills in sales strategy and management.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent Stay Connected Management and our clients in a face-to-face retail sales environment

• Promote and sell products, services, and special offers to engage new customers

• Provide an excellent customer experience—answering questions, resolving concerns, and building brand loyalty

• Support team development by participating in training, mentoring, and daily coaching

• Learn to identify new business opportunities and support local market expansion

• Help implement marketing campaigns and in-store events to drive engagement

• Cross-train in operations, team leadership, and campaign management as you grow
