Qualifications: 

• Minimum of three years of direct working experience with developing content and managing digital marketing platforms and social channels in a corporate environment
• BA or BS with a focus on communication, advertising, and/or marketing
• Experience with photography, video, and editing
• Experience measuring and analyzing vendor KPIs and marketing data
• Proficient in content theory and application
• Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing
• Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, digital directories, and how each platform can be strategically used in different scenarios
• Maintains excellent writing and language skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Google Analytics Certification
• Practices superior time management
• Is a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary

Responsibilities:

• Oversee website content and quality assurance issues
• Assist in website development initiatives and troubleshoot issues
• Review ads based on budget and store requests
• Responsible for managing directories such as Google Business Profile, Bing, etc.
• Managing and analyzing ROI
• Oversight of Reputation Management initiatives.
• Help oversee graphic designers to ensure creative assets for traditional marketing are optimized for performance and consistent with digital efforts
• Growth with vendor management and relationships
• Review and monitor email campaigns  for clarity and accuracy, as well as manage monthly campaigns
• Edit video/photography content gathered from dealerships
• Oversee submission of assets designed/created for paid search campaigns to manufacturers' compliance agencies
• Conversion Strategy - Understanding GA4, and utilizing to determine value and ROI and ensure campaign success
