Brand Marketing Assistant

We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Assistant to help bring brands to life through live events, promotional activations, and in-person campaigns. In this position, you’ll be actively involved in executing campaigns at events and trade shows, ensuring each interaction leaves a lasting impression and strengthens brand visibility.

What You’ll Do

• Support the coordination and delivery of live events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns
• Assist with event setup, on-site logistics, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations
• Act as a brand representative, engaging attendees and creating positive, memorable experiences
• Build rapport with clients, vendors, and event guests through direct, face-to-face communication
• Work alongside the team to brainstorm and implement creative promotional concepts
• Track event success, audience engagement, and overall performance
• Participate in post-event reviews to identify wins and areas for improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Some college coursework or a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is a plus
• Strong people skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
