The Manager, Brand Marketing operates at a senior level to contribute to the organization's success by developing and managing the promotional marketing calendars and brand marketing plans across all channels to drive David's Bridal business priorities alongside brand building and storytelling.

Essential Functions:
• Develop and execute the brand's multi-channel seasonal content and campaign planning process from strategy through execution.
• Develop and execute brand programs to drive lifts in brand metrics, traffic and sales
• Define brand and campaign KPIs, analyze results and report to leadership on weekly or ad-hoc basis; provide in-depth post analyses of program results
• Develop and gain alignment on all communication briefs, partnering with the marketing and creative team to kick-off initiatives and ensure creative positioning, channel strategies and editorial calendars are built to meet aligned business objectives
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure all content plans turn over effectively into content production and execution
• Responsible for leading all project hindsight/foresight meetings at conclusion of programs

Promotional and Marketing Calendar

Drive promotional planning and execution process, partnering closely with merchandise, store, creative and channel partners to input marketing promotions and update all teams on changes that impact our store and ecommerce businesses
Lead and optimize promotional planning and execution process, training and managing SOPs to drive execution
Lead Marketing Meeting alignment forums and communicate, elevate critical alignment points, and needs to cross functional stakeholder group
Education:
• BA/BS/Bachelor's degree

preferably in Marketing or related field.

Work Experience:
• 4-6 years of relevant marketing experience at an agency or in-house team

Required Skills & Abilities:

Understanding of the different components of retail marketing mix - online, direct marketing, advertising, PR, etc.
Understanding of retail and marketing mix and channel performance, analytics to ensure work is correctly executed to deliver the business
Ability to conceptualize big ideas and see ideas through to execution
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to business and program challenges
Excellent critical thinking, data analysis, project management, and written and verbal communication skills.
Possess an inquisitive and competitive nature, thirsting to understand competitors, consumers and our company to identify how we can win
Cross-Functional Leadership & Management

Can eliminate barriers to achieve goals by way of influence and relationship building
Highly organized individual who is self-directed yet works well in a team
Decisive individual who displays strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Detail Oriented, while still being able to see the big picture
Travel Requirements : Minimal Travel Required (1-2 x per year)

Other Requirements:

Strong written and oral communication skills, with knowledge of AP style preferred
Retail experience preferred
Physical Requirements

Ability to communicate promptly and efficiently via laptop, phone or similar device with or without assistive technology
Ability to perform sedentary work
Ability to travel by car, rail or air
