b_labs is seeking a highly driven and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and strategy. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing initiatives, including developing and executing effective marketing campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and identifying new marketing opportunities. Additionally, you will work closely with other departmental heads to ensure our marketing efforts align with overall company objectives. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with other departmental heads to ensure marketing efforts align with overall company objectives.
• Develop compelling marketing content, including website copy, feature descriptions, and marketing collateral.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making necessary adjustments to improve results.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging marketing trends and technologies to ensure our marketing efforts remain relevant and effective.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
