Position Details

This position is ideal for someone with deep experience in consumer marketing, a strong understanding of franchising, and a passion for local activation and omni-channel strategy. The Brand Marketing Strategist will take a leading role in crafting cross-brand marketing campaigns that support our 'parent brand' vision, while developing marketing collateral and providing coaching to local franchisees. This individual will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver highly effective, unified messaging that enhances consumer engagement across multiple home service brands.

This is an in person position in Charlottesville, VA

What you’ll do:

Design and implement cross-brand, omni-channel marketing strategies that support the parent brand and its franchise family.

Create consumer-facing collateral and promotional materials that reinforce unified messaging across brands.

Act as a cross-functional marketing coach, providing tools, templates, and local marketing guidance to franchisees.

Host training sessions and workshops for franchise owners to support campaign adoption and execution.

Collaborate with creative teams and vendors (e.g., Service Titan, Scorpion) to coordinate integrated campaigns.

Track campaign performance and refine strategies based on results and market feedback.

What we’re are looking for:

High level of integrity, personal accountability, and passion for helping others achieve their goals

5+ years of consumer marketing experience; franchise marketing and home services experience strongly preferred

Experience with cross-brand campaign strategy and execution

Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills

Collaborative working style and strong project management skills

Ability to create and deliver presentations virtually and in person

Proficiency with marketing platforms and tools like Service Titan Marketing Pro, Scorpion, HubSpot

A solution-oriented mindset and ability to manage through ambiguity

Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders

Added bonus (but not required):

Franchise and/or home services industry experience

Portfolio showcasing multi-brand consumer campaigns

Experience developing co-branded content and local marketing toolkits
