Responsibilities as a Brand Marketing Trainee:

• Participate in face to face sales and customer interaction, ensuring the brand message is effectively communicated. 
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our brands and products. 
• Attend Brand Marketing Trainee meetings to discuss issues and collaborate with the sales team to resolve them. 
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to analyze and report on campaign performance. 
• Assist in organizing promotional events and brand activations.
• Conduct market research to identify customer trends and preferences to help shape our marketing strategies. 

Qualifications of a Brand Marketing Trainee:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. 
• Our Brand Marketing Trainee must have a strong interest in brand marketing and sales, with a genuine desire to contribute to the development and growth of the company's brand. 
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. 
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to sales and marketing events.
• A proactive approach to personal and professional development, with an interest in growing expertise within the marketing and sales field.
