Brand Marketing Trainee

Requirements of a Brand Marketing Trainee:

• Directly interact with customers within an assigned territory, promoting products and services tailored to the customer's needs
• Attend weekly meetings with the marketing and sales team and other Brand Marketing Trainee members to develop strategic marketing plans aimed at increasing brand awareness and sales performance
• Stay up to date on all products and services in order to accurately assist customers and establish value in our client's brand
• Maintain up-to-date records of all sales transactions to track sales performance and ensure customer retention
• Identify complaints or concerns a client may have and offer solutions to their satisfaction 

Qualifications of a Brand Marketing Trainee: 

• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or as a Brand Ambassador is a plus but not required
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong organization skills and detail-orientated 
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to interact with clients and other team members
