Brand Merchandise Specialist

Job Description

Swag is a direct extension of our brand at Procore, reflecting our mission and vision, and we're looking for a Brand Merchandise Specialist to support our company-wide swag program. As part of Procore's Brand Marketing Team, duties will include project management, campaign management, stakeholder management, collaboration with the finance department, and various other administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized and thoughtful, with experience in high-volume/fast-paced environments, as well as project management, operations, logistics, inventory management, retail merchandising, and ecommerce.

This position reports into the Brand Strategy Team and will be based in Carpinteria, CA or remote. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you'll do:Implement the Procore culture creatively in our swagSupport processes for swag requestsOrganize, manage, and execute supply chain needsOversee the day-to-day swag operations and platformsWork closely with relevant stakeholders, establishing good supplier relationships, and finding the best partners/vendors to support our company growthQualifications

What we're looking for:

BA/BS1+ year of experience in operations, logistics, or merchandising is a major plus, ecommerce is even betterStrong working knowledge of Google Suite including Gmail, Google Forms, and Google Sheets, MS Office applications, and SlackDemonstrated professionalism, exceptional communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain flexible and agile in a constantly changing environmentProject management experience--the ability to juggle multiple projects at onceAbility to think outside the box to create new and innovative ways to communicate with employees that reflect our culture and values of optimism, openness, and ownershipAbility to work fast, under pressure in an entrepreneurial environment, and deliver results

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $90,360 - $124,245. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
