Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Brand Representative – Event Marketing to join our Cincinnati-based team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments and engaging directly with consumers. You will be responsible for representing client brands at promotional events, building product awareness, and driving positive consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activations

• Communicate brand values and product information clearly and effectively to consumers

• Engage with event attendees to create a memorable brand experience

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaign strategies

• Provide feedback and reporting on event performance and consumer engagement

• Assist in event setup, teardown, and logistics coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in event marketing, brand representation, or customer-facing roles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, depending on event schedules

• High level of professionalism and reliability

• Energetic and enthusiastic approach to brand promotion

• Ability to travel within the Cincinnati area for events
