Job Description The Staff Pad has partnered with a hospitality company in Houston, Texas and we are currently seeking a Brand Sales Leader in the Brand Operations Department to be a part of this thriving company. Our client has been in business for over 48 years and continues to deliver technology and services to guest-centric properties nationwide. The Brand Sales Leader will be responsible for the sales growth and efficiency of a major global hotel Brand account for multiple companies.
Basic Qualifications: •A bachelor's degree in business or technology or equivalent work experience. •5+ years of sales experience working with a large organization as a high-performing sales leader, required. •Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills are required. •Candidate must possess demonstrated decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiating skills. •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM tools •
Key Responsibilities:
The Brand Sales Leader is responsible for being the first point of contact for the brand for all things sales related. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: •Directly responsible for closing new business, specifically targeted toward a single, major brand. •Intimately familiar with the brand's sales process/systems and utilizes these tools to promote the company as the premier technology partner for the brand's property owners. •Successfully guides decision makers through the sales process for all of their technology needs. •Company-wide subject matter expert on the brand; including property technology standards, key ownership/management group stakeholders and developing winning sales strategies specific to the brand. •Interviews each property to right-size our product solutions to address their needs. •Will be measured against monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas. •Network within accounts in order to secure all new business opportunities. •Stays up-to-date with internal and external developments, suggesting new ways to grow our business by adding new properties or expanding our product suite within existing properties. •Records all transactions and activity in the proper systems. • Why We're a Better Place to Work:
