Brand Influencer Marketing- Account Manager
Get Engaged Media is looking for a Marketing professional with 2-5 years of experience in Account
Management to join our Influencer Brand Marketing team. Preferably, this person has a track record o
f success in client-facing communications and talent relations, with a flexible and creative
forward-thinking approach.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Leading client communications, managing all timelines, and distributing important
information to key team members.
●
Creating clear KPIs for each in
fl
uencer marketing project, allocating resources, tracking
performance, managing budgets, and re-allocating/strategizing as needed to achieve
success.
●
Managing data tracking and content capturing; keeping internal/external trackers consistent
and up to date.
●
Managing in
fl
uencer relationships within Get Engaged Media’s network and ensuring that
appropriate rates are contracted to create compelling content that
fi
ts the client’s needs.
●
Working cross-departmentally with digital brand management, graphic designers, social
media, and content teams to implement marketing campaigns and experiential activations.
●
Listening to, identifying, and understanding the needs and asks of the client with a goal of
delivering mutually bene
fi
cial solutions.
●
Analyzing past campaigns and conducting competitive research to make recommendations
based on key learnings and current marketing trends.
●

uencer Recommendations and Compensation Negotiations
Preferred Qualifications:
●
Experience in in
fl
uencer marketing, digital marketing or talent relations.
●
Pro
fi
cient in creating proposals detailing a complete strategic marketing plan for clients.
●
Pro
fi
cient in Microsoft O
ffi
ce, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.
●
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
●
Highly organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to prioritize tasks.
●
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
●
Problem analysis and problem-solving.
●
Knowledgeable of all major social platforms (Twitch, Mixer, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter,
TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube).
●
Knowledge of digital marketing KPIs.
