From an idea in one man's garage to an essential in every man's shower, Every Man Jack was created to give men everywhere clean, effective personal care that stands up to any adventure.
Born in 2007 at the base of Mt. Tam, near the great redwood forests of Northern California, Every Man Jack was founded to fill a gap in the men's care space. To remove the bravado and harsh chemicals that choked the industry, and focus instead on simple, clean products accessible to regular guys.
That belief is right in our name: the phrase “Every Man Jack” traces its origins back several centuries, when it meant “everybody without exception.”
Today it still means quality within reach. It stands for the man who fixes what's broken, who builds, and who welcomes the unknown. We're for the man whose routine belongs on the trail, in the surf, and under open skies. He's ready for the next story worth remembering.
WHAT WE DO
Every Man Jack, a B Corp Certified Company, is a leader in the natural men's grooming space, with a presence across major national retailers like Target, Walmart, Whole Foods, and Amazon.
We've experienced significant growth over the past several years and continue to add top talent to our growing roster.
Considering a host of recent initiatives, significant retail distribution opportunities, and high growth e-commerce initiatives, there is no shortage of exciting projects for the Every Man Jack team.
THE ROLE: BRAND STRATEGIST
Every Man Jack is looking for a Brand Strategist who thinks in consumer truth and executes in culture. This person is the consumer lens for the Marketing organization, the one who understands who our guy is, what he cares about, what moves him, and how to translate that into marketing that earns his attention. You are a campaign builder, a cultural detector, and a creative collaborator who makes the work stronger at every stage.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing, you will sit at the intersection of consumer insight, cultural intelligence, and cross-channel strategy. You will help lead how we ideate campaigns, build integrated marketing programs, and show up in the moments that matter to our consumer. This role requires equal parts strategic rigor and creative instinct, and the ability to move fast.

You are a strategist who is deeply obsessed with the consumer. You do not just study him, you understand him. You know the sports he watches, the accounts he follows, and the brands that have won his trust. That knowledge is your superpower and you bring it into every room you are in.
You are a natural ideator with strong creative instincts and the strategic rigor to back them up. You get excited about building campaigns from the ground up, you think across channels instinctively, and you make the work around you stronger.
You move fast and stay curious, constantly tracking what is happening in culture and where EMJ has a genuine right to show up. You bring that intelligence into the team proactively and help translate it into action before the moment passes.
This is not a support role. It is a seat at the table, and the right person will help shape how this brand shows up in culture for years to come
