Breader Operator 2nd shift Pine Bluff, AR

Job Details:

Monday - Friday with possible Saturdays

3:30 PM- 12:00 AM

Pay- $17.80/hr

$2.00 shift differential

This position is responsible for, but not limited to:

• This position is responsible for breast review to find bone residues and cut them to specifications.

• This position is responsible for entry-level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

• Must be able to work holidays and weekends when required.
   

Requirements:

• Must be able to understand and agree to follow Safety Rules

• Must be able to perform the job to standard within 15 days.

• Must be willing to push, pull, carry, and/or lift 40+ pounds for some positions. Must be willing to work in damp, cold or hot environments, and reach above shoulder level. 

• Must be able to perform the duties of the position.

• Be willing to stand 8- 10 hours a day.

• Must wear PPE, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard.

• Must be able to maneuver around freely as needed.

• Must have good hand/eye coordination.

• Must have use of both hands and arms.

• Must be able to bend, twist, stoop and reach.

Requirements:

  Prior Employee Waiting Period: If you were previously employed at Tyson, there’s a 365-day waiting period before you can reapply.

• Number of Times Worked at Tyson: You can apply if you’ve worked at Tyson no more than three times.

• Failed Drug Screen - If you had a failed drug screen, you must wait 6 months before reapplying.
