Job Description - Breakfast Agent (m/w/d)

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Potsdam is located in the heart of the state capital Potsdam and has 198 modern equipped rooms, including 25 comfortable suites. We offer our guests free Express Start™ breakfast as well as free WiFi. The hotel has 69 underground parking spaces and a HUB Bar open around the clock.

  • You make all the necessary preparations for breakfast to make the start of the day easier for our guests
  • During the breakfast servicve you always pay attention to order and cleanliness in the guest room, at the buffet and in the back office 
  • You give our guests tips and recommendations in English or any other language they might understand
  • You always have a smile on your face and a nice thing to say to our guests and to your colleagues
  • You are a wholehearted host who enjoys interacting with guests
  • You distinguish yourself by your committed and independent way of working, your ability to work in a team and your sense of responsibility
  • You have a desire for something new and think outside the box.
  • A clean and well-groomed appearance as well as a friendly and open manner and the fun in dealing with our international guests are a prerequisite.
