Job Description - Breakfast & Lunch Line Cook

Prepare customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
Operate quickly in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
Work together to collectively execute all daily tasks
Assist in the creation of the prep list
Maintain proper labeling, storing and rotation of food products
Assist in the production, prep and assembly of catering orders
Assist in the receiving of food and supplies
Maintain daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks
Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils

Food safety certification
Experience with kitchen prep and cooking on a line
Ability to follow recipes and directions well
Ability to communicate effectively
Excellent prioritization and time management skills
Ability to work with others
