Breakfast Team Member (545am-11am)

Job Title: Back of House Breakfast Team Member

Hours: 5:45 AM – 11:00 AM (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Job Description:

The Back of House Breakfast Team Member is responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality breakfast items in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role begins early in the morning by opening and setting up the biscuit and egg station, ensuring all ingredients, equipment, and prep areas are ready for service. The team member prepares fresh biscuits and eggs according to company standards, maintaining consistency, speed, and food safety throughout the breakfast shift.

During service, this position requires strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team. The team member must keep the workstation clean, stocked, and organized while meeting high customer demand.

After breakfast service ends at 10:30 AM, responsibilities shift to cleaning and completing breakfast dishes, properly storing food, and assisting with the transition to lunch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and set up biscuit and egg station each morning
• Prepare biscuits and eggs to quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation
• Work collaboratively with kitchen team members
• Complete breakfast cleanup and dishwashing tasks
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

• Ability to work early morning shifts consistently
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Prior kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
• Have the ability to lift and carry 25-50 lbs on a regular basis
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
