Job Description - Bridge Engineer

We are seeking a Structural Bridge Engineer for a direct-hire opportunity in Manhattan, KS

This position offers full benefits, including PTO, Medical, 401k, Yearly bonus and more
Salary is between $90k- $135/k based on experience and PE License
Relocation assistance is available for the ideal candidate
Mon to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Professional Engineer License is required

Responsibilities for Structural Engineer:

Designing of city, county, and state bridge projects
Designing box culverts and various types of span structures.
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for Structural Engineer:

B.S. in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET accredited university
Kansas Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months is required (PE Licenses from reciprocating states such as Nebraska, Missouri, and Colorado are acceptable)
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation OpenRoads
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Knowledge of BRM bridge design & Load Rating Software a plus
