The Data and Analytics Manager will play a key role in strategic use of data and technology to drive critical business impacts through the delivering of data-driven solutions in the Drug Development function. A successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering projects independently or by leading teammates, ensuring alignment with the goals of our analytics team. With a focus on Large Language Models (LLM) and advanced analytics, this role demands technical excellence and leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities

Technical Expertise:

Possess an advanced understanding of data science and analytics, with a specific focus on deploying large language model (LLM) solutions.
Lead the development of easy-to-use UIs for analytics solutions.
Stay current with the latest advancements in LLM technology and their applications. Use Case Development:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand moderately complex, loosely scoped problems.
Lead the development of proof-of-concepts and solutions, ensuring their alignment with business objectives. Data Management:
Lead efforts to collect, clean, and transform data from various sources and prepare it for analysis and/or model training.
Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the entire analytics lifecycle. Deployment and Implementation:
Lead the deployment of analytics solutions to production, emphasizing scalability and efficiency.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. Project Delivery:
Drive project success from conception through deployment and/or lead teammates in project execution.
Ensure projects are completed with high level quality and within established timelines. Continuous Learning:
Drive continuous learning within the team, staying ahead of emerging trends and technologies.
Conduct training sessions and workshops, particularly focusing on LLM technologies. Qualifications & Experience:
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with LLM.
Strong technical proficiency in data science tools, programming languages (preferably Python), and analytics frameworks.
Experience in developing easy-to-use UIs for analytics solutions.
Expertise in collecting, cleaning, and transforming data from various sources.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
A track record of successfully directing and implementing solutions for moderately complex, loosely scoped problems.
