Job Title: Broadcast Campus Production Coordinator

Reports To: SMATL Campus Pastor
Purpose of the Role
The Broadcast Campus Producer serves the mission of GO Church by overseeing and executing all technical, production, and IT elements at our Broadcast Campus and across all campuses globally. This role supports the Campus Pastor, and Global Gathering Director, in creating an atmosphere of excellence, innovation, and consistency in every Gathering and Event. This individual will lead and pastor the technical and production teams at the Broadcast Campus - empowering and equipping them to serve with excellence - and will provide support, training, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless production and IT systems across all campuses. The Broadcast Campus Producer embodies a global mindset, collaborating with other campuses to strengthen the overall technical infrastructure and enhance the worship experience both in-house and online.
Experience and Knowledge Required
Proven live production experience in a church or similar environment
Strong technical and IT proficiency, including AVL systems, networking, and troubleshooting across multiple locations
Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to train, empower, and pastor volunteer and staff teams
Capable of managing multiple projects and environments with precision and composure under pressure
Knowledge of systems and software including but not limited to: ProPresenter, Arkaos Media Master (or similar media server), Jands Vista, MacOS, Windows, Planning Center, Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Ti, networking and system connectivity for multi-campus streaming and broadcast
Ability to produce, call cues, and direct live events
Understanding of live audio mixing, lighting design, and stage production
Experience designing and executing stage and lighting environments
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Technical & IT Oversight
Oversee all AVL and IT systems at the Broadcast Campus; ensure consistent functionality across all campuses
Provide support and troubleshooting for IT and technical issues that affect production environments
Assist in developing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and software systems
Lead preventative maintenance and equipment lifecycle management
Create AVL Training Videos when needed
Broadcast Production Leadership
Lead the production and technical execution of Gatherings and Special Events at the Broadcast Campus
Oversee livestream, mastering, archiving, and publishing of video/audio for all Gatherings
Collaborate with other campuses to maintain technical excellence and consistency across GO Church locations
Develop and document technical standards and SOPs for all production areas and Campuses
Meet with Gathering Director & participate in weekly Gathering Prep Meetings
Host & Be Ready for weekly Gathering Run Throughs with Campus Pastor
Weekly 1:1s with Direct Lead (Campus Pastor)
Ensure training and SOP’s are created & implemented in GO Youth Production & GO Kids, & GO Espanol Production
Provide Production Equipment SOP’s & Collaborate with SMATL Support Staff to ensure their Meetings/Events run smoothly with Production
Collaborate with Creative Media Staff for Podcast Management / Sermon Uploads & edits
Record Gatherings (video-audio); master, archive, & upload to all of GO Church’s online platforms/services
Ensure all Auditoriums are ready for use each Sunday (Main, Overflow, & Kids)
Schedule/setup web stream and campus-to-campus live stream for each Gathering and Special Events when needed
Team Leadership & Pastoring
Lead, train, and pastor the Broadcast Campus production and tech teams
Actively recruit and develop volunteer and staff leaders within the Production Team
Foster a healthy team culture rooted in excellence, purpose, and relationship
Conduct regular team training sessions and pre-gathering production meetings
Empower and support Campus Worship & Production Coordinators in their production and technical responsibilities at other Campuses
Creative Collaboration
Partner with the Global Gathering Director and Worship Coordinators to create dynamic, engaging, and distraction-free environments
Bring creativity and fresh ideas to major events such as Christmas, Easter, and Conferences - helping to develop engaging, impactful experiences that align with GO Church’s vision
Contribute to innovative service programming, stage design, and lighting concepts
Collaborate with the Communications team on video and media content for Gatherings
Collaborate with Creative Media Staff to send creative content for Conferences to all campuses
Administrative
Manage scheduling for AVL personnel and team communication at the Broadcast Campus
Maintain production resources, training materials, and the Production Google Drive
Ensure all recorded content is properly archived and distributed to global platforms
Personal Responsibilities
Maintain proper priorities in home and spiritual life
Be loyal to the mission, vision, and staff of GO Church; protect the unity and integrity of the church
Invest in and invite people to know Jesus and become part of GO Church
Maintain a consistent personal walk with the Lord through prayer and Scripture
Financially support the mission and vision of GO Church by faithfully giving at least 10% of your gross income. Maintain wise stewardship over the remaining 90%.
