Job Description - Broker Support Relations Manager

Description

We are excited to announce an opening for a Broker Support Relations Manager. As Broker Support Relations Manager, you will be responsible for our team's growth and for developing and maintaining relationships with health plan brokers and agencies with a focus on aligning prospective patients with the value-based care model offered through our primary care centers. As the Broker Support/Relations Manager, your primary focus will be securing and onboarding new broker partners/agencies, maintaining close-knit relationships, ensuring their initial productivity, and acting as a resource/liaison between the broker/agency and IMA. This position interacts at a peer level with market growth leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and cultivate relationships with key health plan brokers and agencies.
  • Educate health plan brokers and other B2B partners on IMA’s primary care model and value proposition for the senior client base.
  • Align local health plan brokers with IMA’s community engagement team to support joint activities in neighborhoods where our primary care centers are located.
  • Support the CGO and other market leadership with alignment and engagement with senior leaders at health plan brokerage entities.
  • Utilize CRM to support the cultivation of health plan broker relationships and track associated activities and outcomes.
  • Leverage data to evaluate the impact of relationship efforts and investments to inform the go-forward strategy.
  • Participate and lead networking/engagement activities as dictated by business needs.
  • Facilitates broker agreement process with prospective partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Manages the day-to-day relationship and communication with broker partners within the assigned territory, in close collaboration with internal stakeholders in Sales and Operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent Experience in the healthcare industry focusing on our Medicare population.
  • Experience meeting/exceeding targets in a sales organization.
  • Experience driving sales results with health plan brokers or agencies.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience utilizing CRM to track activity and manage outcomes.
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred.
