Principal Accountabilities

• Perform repetitive tasks
• Daily inspection/Review of work area
• Assure amount of ice needed is brought to marination area prior to start of the shift
• Assure ingredient(s) and proper amount of water are applied according to specific order
• Assure scale, pushcart and paperwork are set-up and ready for the day
• Monitor injection percent hourly to ensure product meets the basting percent of quality and regulatory compliance
• Assure all tools are cleaned and return to storage
• Return all paperwork signed and completely filled out at end of shift
• Cleanliness and housekeeping

Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to perform basic math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Cargill experience
• Further processing experience
• Meat production experience
• Production experience
• Work history in the last 12 months
